Windows 10 will fight against piracy

I do not have time to subside previous scandal related to the legality of the collection of personal data of users by Microsoft, such as Windows 10 presented another surprise. Microsoft has unilaterally changed the conditions of the license agreement, by which the operating system can now observe, and in some cases and block pirated games, software or hardware.
Item 7b of the License Agreement for the European Region is as follows:

From time to time you need to update certain programs or services, and we can automatically check the version of your software, if necessary, download and install the necessary updates and configuration changes, including those that prevent the use of counterfeit games, illegal access to the services or use of unauthorized peripheral devices.
Law-abiding people might think that in these circumstances, there is nothing special. The problem is that if the software everything is more or less clear, that Microsoft is meant by "pirate equipment" and "unauthorized peripherals" remains a mystery.  Guards and the fact that for the practical implementation of such control Windows 10 will need to monitor All software installation on computers, and then check the data obtained with the lists of software and legal assigns.
Left out of the emerging issues of collecting personal data, it can not help but worry that the slightest mistake in such lists would create a lot of problems for users who have purchased content legitimately.
